Yes. Layout, wall panel finish, insulation/fireproofing rating and interior fit-out (kitchen, bathroom, furniture) can all be configured to your project. Tell us your requirements in the inquiry form and Martin will confirm what is possible for your chosen model.

Units can be wired and fitted to CN, EU, UK, AU or US electrical standards, and plumbing configured for your local fixtures. Let us know the destination country when you inquire.

There is no strict MOQ for standard configurations — we regularly ship single units as well as full container loads. Highly customized designs may carry a small MOQ; Martin will confirm this when you send your requirements.

Pricing isn't published on the site — submit the Get a Quote form with your project details (model, quantity, destination) and our sales team will follow up with a tailored quote, usually within one business day.

Standard export terms are a deposit by T/T with the balance due before shipment; other terms can be discussed for larger or repeat orders. Martin will confirm exact terms with your quotation.

Lead time depends on the model and order size — typically a few weeks for standard units, longer for large or heavily customized orders. You will receive a confirmed schedule with your order, plus regular progress updates during production.

Freight is driven mainly by how many units fit in a 40HQ container — a figure we publish for every model on the Products pages. Foldable and flat-pack designs load far more units per container than a rigid structure of the same size, which is where most of the freight saving comes from.

Yes — our F50/F65 foldable units collapse to as little as 300–400mm deep, cutting container volume (and freight cost) by up to 80% compared to shipping an assembled structure.

Most single units can be installed within one to two days with a small crew, following the included installation guide. Larger or multi-unit projects take longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate with your quote.

Every order ships with a full installation guide pack, and our team provides online support during installation so you are never working from the manual alone.
